After breakfast we collect our lunch boxes and depart for Tarangire National Park. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This African National Park is also home to three rare species of animals – the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, as well as a few Ashy Starlings. After exploration you will start heading to the lodge for a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay.

After breakfast, head out for a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, located between Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, along the Great Rift Valley. This Park offers varied Landscapes, home to many different animals. You’ll have the chance to see the lake, explore a dense rainforest with numerous monkeys and birds, encounter elephants in the Woodlands, and visit the famous Manyara hippo pool where hippos bathe throughout the day. Later in the afternoon, drive back to your lodge for lunch, relaxation, dinner, and your overnight stay.

After breakfast, we descended 600m into this magnificent crater for a morning half day game drive. Ngorongoro crater is home to an estimated 30,000 wild animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black Rhinos. The crater has a dense population of predators like the Lion, Cheetah and the elusive Leopard. We will enjoy a picnic lunch at the Ngoitokitok springs while watching the beautiful hippos in and out the small spring lake in the crater. After lunch we will proceed with an afternoon game drive while we make ascend out of the crater and drive to the top of the crater rim for your dinner shower and overnight.

Our next destination journey starts shortly after breakfast with a scenic drive up the Rift Valley escarpment to Serengeti National ParK. Before departing Ngorongoro you will be making a stop and have a brief stop at Olduvai Gorge (optional) and the museum which documents the discovery of 1.8-million-year-old human-like fossils. Thereafter we head for the Serengeti National Park, game driving along the way to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Your early Morning breakfast will be served at the Lodge. After breakfast, we will once again travel out into the mighty Serengeti Plains. Many of the animals’ you will observe during this morning exploration will be returning from their nightly search for nourishment. The spectacle of predator versus prey dominates this great park. During your drive, you will also see Golden-mane Lions, Solitary Leopards who hunt near the acacia trees, and of course, your experienced driver-guide will continue his quest to find members of the “BIG 5” animal family.Once you have completed your morning drive, you will return to the lodge and partake in rest and relaxation. Around 12:00, lunch will be prepared for your enjoyment. After lunch, you will again go back to the plains for a wonderful afternoon game drive. Your late afternoon game drive will provide you with a feast of wildlife which is offered on the Serengeti Plain.After your exciting game drive, you will return back to your Lodge and experience another wonderful evening dinner and overnight. All meals will be served at the Lodge.

Day 7: Serengeti Plains.
Start your day with an unforgettable choice: soar above the Serengeti in a breathtaking hot air balloon (additional cost) or embark on a thrilling full day game drive with probability of witnessing the grandeur of the great migration, with millions of wildebeest and zebras creating an awe-inspiring spectacle. Keep an eye out for the Big Cats – lions, leopards and cheetahs – as they follow the herds. Immerse yourself in the vibrant ecosystem, observing elephants, buffalo, hartebeest, eland, giraffes and countless other fascinating creatures. As the sun begins its descent, return to camp for captivating stories, a delicious dinner, and a restful night’s sleep.

Wake up Early for one last game drive in the Serengeti, then catch a late morning flight to the fascinating archipelago of Zanzibar in the Indian Ocean, historically a prosperous spice trade hub. Upon arrival, embark on a guided walking and driving tour of Stone Town, the principal port of Zanzibar City, with your local guide. You will spend the next two nights at a wonderful hotel, which boasts views of the turquoise sea and white sandy beaches.

For Millennia, traditional Arabian sailboats known as dhows have navigated the waters of the Swahili Coast, engaging in trade and fishing between the island ports. This morning, depart from Stone Town on a traditional dhow for an “Indian Ocean Safari” off the coast of Zanzibar. Enjoy watching dolphins play in the azure waters as the captain and crew guide you. Drop anchor at a sandy beach for some swimming and perhaps snorkelling near vibrant coral reefs. After returning to shore, the afternoon is free for you to explore more of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, at your leisure. This evening, join us for a farewell reception and dinner at your seaside hotel.
